NRG’s Medic Resource Center serves as a hub for all dictation services. The primary goal of the MRC is to save EMS crews time, allowing them to spend more time with the patients and less time reporting. The MRC provides an excellent balance between efficient and effective patient care, with each run report taking around 5 minutes. The MRC provides real time reporting online, a 24/7 dictation service, and meets all state requirements for reporting.
 

The 6 Step Process

1. Patient is transported
2. EMS crew attains patient and doctor signature on a PCR short form
3. EMS crew calls the NRG toll free number and dictates all run information
4. NRG team member transcribes the dictation within the hour
5. EMS crew receives a text message notifying when the PCR is ready for authorization
6. EMS crew logs in online, reads through and edits the PCR, and clicks the “sign” button
